I had to leave early in the morning before the start of the breakfast buffet so they offered to prepare a packed vegan breakfast for me.

Location was fantastic, very near restos and park. Room was really comfortable with a nice view of the pool. Breakfast was good but could still be better. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Only downside to the room experience was that the toilet didn't have a bidet.

The place is very quiet, comfortable and all the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. They also designed our rooms to greet us for our anniversary staycation. We also loved the complimentary cake. Will definitely go back soon.

The Facilities

On that note let me give credit to Sir Brian And Sir Glen (the duty manager) for handling the situation in a professional manner. My apologies for not accepting any of your gifts or freebies to make amends because I feel it would defeat my purpose of pointing out what is wrong with Ms Roselle's behavior. Thank you to the valet and homekeeping services. They were very warm and helpful. Amenities are well maintained even if the hotel is not new.

A hotel is only as good as its staff because a hotel is supposedly your home away from home. But if your stay started off sour- the whole experience is ruined no matter how nice the amenities and services are. Here is why: Upon checking in , ROSELLE, at the reception room , asked me if I was an employee, rather than asking me what my query is. No greetings whatsoever. I didnt realize at first why would she ask me that question. I look puzzled. And so she asked me again if I was an employee and am I working for one of their guests.   When she realized I was a guest, saw my ID and my profession, there was a 360 degree change in how she addresses and talked to me thereafter. Sure I was in a decent shirt and jeans and not in my usual office/business attire, but not only was Ms Roselle judgemental, her behavior is unacceptable for a hotel receptionist.  I have shown up in hotels looking more casual than I did and I was greeted with the same courtesy as the guests who are wearing suits, both locally and abroad.  The take home lesson here Ms Roselle, is that- DO NOT BE JUDGEMENTAL.  GIVE THE SAME RESPECT REGARDLESS OF WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO. I believe a simple "good afternoon and how may I help you" is a no brainer and generic greerting to any guest - regardless of whether I may be an employee, as you had assumed, or not.  Needless to say I am disappointed.  The management needs to orient their receptionists better on good manners.

The staff of the q lounge were awesome!! They make us want to come back They were accommodating and their reaction to requests was quick Breakfast was good Q lounge is very comfortable and relaxing Staff everywhere were nice

The cups for the coffee maker were too big and would not fit under the spout The telephone operator could not get instructions correctly The executive room lacked channels, no world cup Doormen do not open doors

The staff were very friendly. They made us immediately feel at home. The bed was super comfy after a tiring day. Food is okay. Security is superb. The Q lounge has a relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

There is an on-going construction/renovation in the pool area. A little disappointed because Cafe Mequini is closed for renovation. Hence, We had to settle for room service delivery of our food. No bidet in my kids' bathroom.

The quest hotel is convient to locations. Very near to where to almost everything. Fronte desk staff are very nice, well trained especially to Jennicka, where she handled our check in and out properly and quick.

The hotel is under renovation at the time o check in. Although the hotel informed as ahead of time. However, atleast the they had gave as shoulde be well cleaned,Complete toilettries,very dusty room. And No bidet. I recommend every room toilet/bathroomshould have a bidet. Buffet breakfast: there’s a plenty of food. Variety of food. Customer service is okay. Except for those cooking for sunny aide uo and omelette. They are rude, unprofessional. Bellboy/guard/concierge: these people are the frontliners of the hotel. I was expecting they should treat everyone with equality and equity not just based on race, color and how people dress.

The wide huge campus/ground which is relaxing just to see, and excellent for walking and jogging. The wide glass window.

The food/ catering (for a big group) could be better.

Egg station.....freshly made as you like it. Good contintal selection.

Coffee was weak.Good swimming pool and gym although some items were out of action on first day.very friendly staff and overall goid servuce. In house taxi was expensive.

The beds were enough for 3 people. The room was clean, quiet and no smoke smell. Since they were renovating we had to eat breakfast at one of their function rooms but service was efficient.

It took us 2 calls to get the extra towels we requested. Also there was no direct line to the reception. We had to call housekeeping to get the local number.

Quest is our go-to hotel in the Angeles/Clark area. We love staying at this hotel. Accommodations are nice, staff are kind and the food is great. We'll be back again soon.

I requested a personnel at the concierge promised to send a flat iron and ironing board to my room. I gave him an advance tip, but he never delivered the requested ironing set.

I arrived tired and hungry. During my check in, my booking from booking.com was not received. The reception staff had to trace it somewhere made phone calls. I waited and they said it was not in their system and told me that booking.com did not send them notification. They eventually settled it.
